Child Safety Standards

1. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Users must not upload, share, request, solicit, promote, distribute, or facilitate any content or behavior involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child.

• CSAM or sexual content depicting or involving minors.
• Sexual solicitation, grooming, exploitation, or manipulation of minors.
• Requests for sexual images, videos, or other sexual material involving minors.
• Attempts to arrange sexual contact or exploitation involving a minor.
• Using the service to facilitate trafficking, exploitation, or other abuse of children.

2. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users can report child safety concerns through the reporting mechanism available in the Lola Connect Pets app. Reports should include enough information for us to identify the relevant account, profile, message, image, or other content.

If you believe content or conduct may involve the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child, report it immediately through the app and provide any relevant details available to you.

3. Review and Enforcement

We review reports involving child safety and take appropriate action based on the circumstances, available evidence, and applicable law. Enforcement may include content removal, account restrictions, suspension, or permanent termination.

We may preserve relevant information when necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or cooperation with lawful requests from authorities, subject to applicable law and our privacy practices.

4. Prevention and Safety Practices

Lola Connect Pets uses a combination of user reporting, moderation processes, safety controls, and account enforcement to help prevent abuse on the platform. We continually review safety practices and may update controls as risks, technology, and legal requirements evolve.

5. Cooperation With Authorities

Where required by applicable law, Lola Connect Pets will cooperate with appropriate regional and national authorities regarding suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation and will make reports or disclosures required by law.

7. Updates to These Standards

We may update these Child Safety Standards when our safety practices, services, or applicable legal requirements change. The current version of this page will remain publicly available at this URL.
